1. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via DHL as insured parcels unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery usually takes place within 5 working days after the order is completed. For bank transfers, shipping starts after the payment is received.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes upon delivery.
For business customers, the risk passes upon handing over the goods to the shipping provider.
